At Aro, our mission is to design and build beautiful, sustainable and livable homes that are more enjoyable to live in and better for the environment.
By redefining the residential construction process, we believe we can accelerate our progress toward a sustainable future and leave an impact for generations to come.
Our holistic approach to homebuilding streamlines the entire process, which we own end to end: land acquisition, design, permitting, off-site manufacturing, on-site construction and sales. Owning it all is what lets us eliminate waste and drive efficiency.

Where we work
Every Aro starts as ten modules in our factory and finishes on a Bay Area street. The teams in between are the company.
HeadquartersDesign, engineering, land acquisition, development, finance, sales and customer care. The home was designed once, so the work here is deciding where it goes next and making every hand-off cleaner.
Manufacturing facilityWhere each home is built as ten volumetric modules, indoors, to tolerances a job site can't hit. Production, process engineering, quality and the people who make the line run.
Job sitesDemo, foundation, crane day, then finish. Field construction takes a home from modules on a truck to move-in ready, front and back yard included, in about 90 days on site.

A conversation with the hiring team about the role, your background and what you're looking for.
Interviews with the people you'd work with. For field and factory roles, that usually includes a site or facility visit.
